By accessing or using PipeBase ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
PipeBase is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that provides tools for managing contacts, deals, communications (email, SMS, phone), contracts, and sales pipelines. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with pricing based on the number of records stored.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
4.1 Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
4.2 Pricing: After the trial period, the Service is billed at $99 USD per month for up to 40,000 records (contacts, deals, and locations combined), with unlimited users. Each additional block of 40,000 records is billed at $79 USD per month. Pricing automatically scales as your usage increases.
4.3 Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.
4.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PipeBase and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service.
7.1 Ownership: You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
7.2 License: You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
7.3 Data Export: You may export your data at any time. Upon account termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Twilio (for SMS and calling) and AWS SES (for email). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. You are responsible for providing your own credentials and accounts for these services.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates. We will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIPEBASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PipeBase and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
